Trying to figure out baby and child sleep can be so frustrating!

We get it, we really do. The amount of information out there is overwhelming and all so contradicting. Finding the right tips or recommendations that will suit your family can make sleep seem so much harder.

Restful Parenting has created a series of classes to help all families with their little ones sleep. We will chat all things sleep including;

  • setting up the best environment to help sleep
  • your baby’s sleep needs
  • implementing a routine before naps and bedtime
  • if your baby needs to be on a schedule or if wake windows are best
  • sleep associations
  • nutrition
  • night weaning
  • transitions
  • and so much more..

We will also have time during and after class to ask all your questions so that you can use the information to make it fit your child’s needs. No two babies are the same and having someone guide you in the right direction and answer your questions can make the world of a difference.

These classes are all about laying the Foundations for Healthy Sleep. The information you will receive during this class will give you the tools to maximize and make sleep easier. Unfortunately this class will not go through teaching your little one how to fall asleep as that takes a little more work then what we have time for but if you are interested in teaching your child independent sleep we can absolutely help with that through our Self Paced program or with our Private One on One program.

If you are ready to talk sleep, join Restful Parenting for an informative but fun couple of hours to learn all about your child’s sleep.
