Host your own Sleep Party in the comfort of your own home!
Get 4-5 couples together and have us come to you. We will cover all topics based on ages and will answer all of your sleep questions.
Parties are in-person for families in the Ottawa, North Bay, and surrounding areas. But we can also have an online video chat party for families across North America. Don’t let geography prevent your family from getting a good night’s sleep!
Party pricing is based on distance traveled, length of party, and number of families attending. We recommend allotting one half-hour per attending family to ensure that everyone has time to have their personal questions addressed.
Babies in slings are welcome. Toddlers and older children are best left in the care of a friend, or supervised by a dedicated caregiver in an adjoining room.
